How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
If the job is local to the Sydney Northern Beaches, within the hour,
What are your payment options?
Bank transfer or credit card via an emailed invoice.
Do you offer free estimates?
We have a minimum charge for preparing estimates, however this is generally waived if the job goes ahead.
How can I prevent plumbing issues in the future?
The most common thing we see is water flex hoses bursting. If you ever see rust marks or can’t remember when they were changed last, they are probably due for replacement.
Relining of drains can prevent tree roots from entering piping.
What should I do if I have a plumbing emergency?
Call us ASAP and we can assist over the phone. If it’s a water or gas leak, both services can be isolated at the meter generally.

Do you provide a warranty on your services?
Parts and materials are normally based off the manufacturer’s warranty amount. Labour we provide a lifetime warranty.
