Drain clearing
We offer emergency sewer and stormwater drain clearing services using a 5000psi high-pressure water jetter and, if needed an electric eel. Our advanced CCTV pipe camera inspection equipment allows us to thoroughly check and diagnose problem areas. Our pipe locator pinpoints the exact location and depth of the issue, ensuring we provide the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for our clients.
Renovations
Thermostatic Mixing Valves
Thermostatic Mixing Valves (‘TMV’ for short) are valves installed on the hot water service to lower the water temperature to approx 41 deg which is a safe temperature to shower under and there is no chance of water scalding. These are used commonly in disabled bathrooms and in bathrooms that children have access to. These valves automatically adjust to maintain the correct temperature and will shut off it the supply is stopped from the hot or cold side. These valves need to be tested annually and the parts need replacement every 5 years. We have that accreditation and have serviced 100’s of valves.
Backflow Prevention
These valves are installed on property that have a risk application, such as chemicals or grease trap. These are located at the water meter and also at the high risk source. These valves need to tested and serviced annually. We have the accreditation for this and have access to lodge the reports with sydney water annually.
Plumbing & Gasfitting
We do general plumbing maintenance which goes across the services of water, waste and gas. Sewer and stormwater piping, Gas piping and meter upgrades, Rainwater tanks, Hot and cold water piping.
Pipe relining
Used when a sewer of stormwater pipe is defective and tree roots are consistently growing in blocking the pipe. Pipe relining is an option that puts a new liner inside the existing defective pipe and also the roots to no grow back. This is a solution used when digging it up is not possible, this can be done in a days work and will fix the problem for years to come.
Roofing
New install and replacement of metal roofing sheets, flashings, skylights and downpipe. We also install poly clear sheeting to allow for sunlight to pass through. Colorbond is the most common material we use.
